25A - What's Next

I think the next part would be starting to actually write the code for this app and develop it. This will take time as there would be a lot of bugs and problems to sort out at first. During this time we should also start telling people about this app and getting them excited about its launch. We could tell professors about so they can tell their students and we could also talk about it in preview where all the new incoming class of students at UF can know more about and spread the word even more.

Of course, without being able to do the interviews there is not much feedback that I could work with. But hopefully, in the near future, I would be able to talk to people from the existing and new markets to help me with my business.

  1. Dear Maria,

I think the most logical next step is to start writing the code or designing the software for this app. I am not sure, personally, how that gets done, but I'm sure there is a lot of videos and books on how to complete an app. The second most important next step is probably marketing to your audience.

  2. Hi Maria,
I agree with you that the next logical step would be to actually write the code and develop the app. This is usually the most lengthy part of starting an app which can require many bug fixes. It would also be a good idea to do market tests with your app to see what your customers might need/not need in the app.

  3. Hey Maria!

I think that developing the code for the app is the icing on the cake. You have your idea, some valuable resources, and more that will set you aside. All you would have to do now is collaborate with a programmer and a coder in order to actually develop your product. Once you do that, advertising is key! Great job!
