1) The opportunity is students not being able to find affordable textbooks.
2) My solution to this problem is to have an app that students can use to find the cheapest textbooks. It could show the best offers online and the best places to find each textbook. Students could only post places they know that sell cheap textbooks. There should also be the option for students to sell their own old textbooks to other students safely. It will be used for a specific school. We could start with just UF and you would have to log in using your GatorLink so that it is safe. Later we could generalize it and use it for other schools as well.

If your app could collect all the local data from things like local facebook pages, ebay, amazon, and other parties and compare the prices of all of them that it would make buying textbooks so much easier! It's important for college students to save money because of other needs they have like rent and food so I think this could really help some people!
